Making Duvet Covers
Are you thinking of making your own duvet cover? Well this article has been written just for you. Just take a note pad and a pen and read through this article right to the end.

First thing first, you need to select the fabric you intend to use. make sure you have a take measure for measurements that is you will have to measure the length and the width. Now here is what I suggest you do. Two things, look for a washable material and (2) make sure it does offer some decorative appeal. I suggest you go for a lightweight fabric that will feel comfortable. While you are making those choices do not forget to think about the climatic conditions of your area.
Start by choosing two lengths of fabric spanning about 54 inches. You can even make it a bit wider. This will be used on the front of the duvet cover. Be sure that the panels are the same size as the measurements of the length as mentioned earlier.
-Look for fabric that is a home decorator. These should be about 54 inches wide that is able to cover a duvet cover to 104 inches wide. If you duvet is wider then make them wider as well. In this case simply buy another panel of fabric for each of the duvet sides.
-The next thing to consider is prints and patterns. depending on the type of prints you will go for some adjustments may be necessary. For example, you may have to elongate your panels.
-The next step is to pre-wash and then iron the material.
-Now simply fold the front panel in half lengthwise.
-You may need to use an iron to make some sharp creases at the folds. Once you’ve done the ironing you may then unfold the fabric.
-Do this to the back panels as well.
-Now you need to draw a line that goes down the length of the crease on the panel. Do this using a yard stick and also get yourself a fabric marking pen to do this with ease.
-Cut out each line to make six panels. That is, three will be for the back and then three shall be used on the front part of the cover.
-Once you have done all that the other thing to do on how to make duvet covers is to just take one panel and pin it, make sure it is that one that’s narrow to one side of the front panel that is uncut. Make sure that is it is pinned such that all fabric edges are lined up & make sure that the sides are also lined up quite as well.
What I have just said will take you miles ahead in your duvet cover making. The missing parts in this article are left out because the rest of the work from here on can be customized to suite your own individual taste.

NEW ANSWER: I visited the wrecked 306.
There are 3 places on the arm rest. Two screws under the armrest, and one bolt hidden under a rectangular plastic cover...up high near the rear-view mirror.
Perhaps the storage shelf (bottom of door) could be removed, maybe it's not necessary.

After "popping" off the snaps around the perimeter of the door panel, you must lift panel upwards slightly to pass over the door lock button.

There is a 306, wrecked, in my neighbourhood. I could go look at it soon if the following is not correct.
On all the Peugeots I have owned, there are TWO bolts in the armrest. And always, the door handle (if manual) is held on by a horseshoe shaped wire. Pry it wider with a flat screwdriver and catch it when it flys off. Now the doorhandle will pull straight off. Look for a big matching colour plastic washer behind the handle.
Then, the whole doorskin is held in place by several plastic clips. Gently pry the doorpanel upwards, starting at one corner, go around popping each clip open.
The upper edge along the window will come loose last of all. It may be reinforced and squeezed on with a metal trim edge??
There will also be sticky tape aroound the "speaker" area.
I've never done this on a 306, but if nobody gives you a definite answer by tomorrow, I will stop and look at the 1994 wrecked car for you.
