How can I fix my HP mini laptop?
So I have an HP mini laptop with Windows XP on it. I have had it for a little over a year now. Earlier today all of these popups started telling me my system had been hijacked and tried to get me to download something. I didn't of course. However I tried to restart the thing and now it won't go past the screen that will either let me start it in safe mode or regular mode. I choose one and it immediately loops around goes back to the screen.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
an HP mini is NOT a laptop.
There is nothihng physically wrong with it. Your issue is 1 not surfing safely and 2 software corruption, NOT broken hardware
Run your antivirus program in safe mode.
You may be in for an operating system reinstall
