Before Paying For A New Mouse For Your PC Check Out The Logitech Wireless Trackball M570
Every time you go to purchase a new computer, the things that you are ordinarily looking for are things like what type of OS it has and whether or not you can create DVDs. But have you ever decided to purchase a PC because of the kind of mouse that came with it? Probably not! The computer mouse has always merely been something very simple that will permit you to move your cursor around the screen. And mostly one mouse is the same as any other mouse, and they all basically do the same things. The Logitech Wireless Trackball M570 is a whole new sort of computer mouse which is why we have decided to provide you with a review of this mouse.
If you remember the original computer mouse, you will see that even the mouse you receive with your new computer have developed. If you can remember a long time ago, when the very first mouse was introduced, it was a one button device that run with the use of a ball. Then companies began to develope the mouse by adding a right click button and then eventually a center scroll. The mouse essentially developed as much as it could when the roller ball was removed and optics were added for the cursor control.
But these days there is a totally new mouse showing its head. Logitech has taken the mouse and completely redefined what people think of when they think of a mouse.
The first thing that is worth bringing up about this mouse is that it is not a wired mouse. A fantastic thing about this wireless system is that the receiver for this mouse is a little little unit not much larger than a USB port on your PC, and you simply plug it into any USB port and forget about it. It is wireless so you can use it on your laptop and there isn't anything that will get in your way. Another great thing about this is that you can use this mouse even if you're 30 feet away from the PC where the receiver plugged in. So you can be sitting in your comfy couch and still control your cursor without and problem at all.
Still it gets even better with one of my preferred features. Personally, I so enjoy the Trackball technology. The trackball technology gives you the ability to use this mouse anyplace you want, whether you have a flat surface or even a mouse pad. That is the beauty of this latest mouse, the cursor is thumb-controlled.
The trackball is the only thing you will need to get used to because the rest of the mouse nevertheless works just like a regular mouse. All the same, it comes with several other features like programmable one touch buttons that you can use for everyday tasks. Likewise it has incorporated back and forward navigation buttons. Logitech really thought of everything when it created this.
Also, the battery life itself is really impressive. The device works on 1 AA battery, but the great part is you won't be replacing the battery each week since the battery can last up to 18 months. Naturally, that depends on your use of the mouse. Naturally, if you use your computer a lot, even getting several months from one battery should still impress you.
Although this is a little more pricey than your traditional optical mouse, about twice the amount, selling for around $45. The quality of this Logitech mouse and the added features makes it well worth the cost. Tired of the obviously bogus statements about small notebook computers? But that may well not be an issue if you know all about small notebook computers. As always, it is totally your call with this one.
how do you slow down the scroll rate or speed at which an optical mouse moves around?
