Without knowing the exact price and specific configurations, it's hard to tell. The manufacturer's website lists all possible configurations and prices; the ones that are available in stores or online will vary. Without knowing exactly which specs and for how much, it's hard to compare value.
What I can tell you right now is that the Gateway appears to be the weakest of the four. It has the weakest processor - Intel Atom N450 - which the Acer D260 also has, but with the Acer you can opt to get the stronger Intel Atom N475 processor. It also has an average 160GB hard drive which does not seem to be upgradeable to 250GB like the rest.
