Children's crafts: Not only a time filler and a holiday commemoration, but an important addtion to children's activities
Among activities done with children, crafts is one of the most popular.

the rumble pack only rumbles but it is cheap
the expan. pack has internet but slow, gba games function that has no use because i play ds games, and it has a rumble pack but costs $20 and i think it is bit noisy(idk, not sure)
or should i just stick with only my r4, crystal case, pouch, and filler cartridge?
If you want internet, go for eWin memory exp pak. If you want to play games thats compatible with rumble just get eWin rumble pak or ezflash rumble pak instead of 3 in 1. If your gonna hardly use internet on your ds and play gba games. Then just buy a Rumble pak.
